How do I create a Team Membership?

Here at VETgirl, we’re passionate about providing clinically relevant, practical, real-life online veterinary CE. After all, that’s what helps us save lives and makes us a better, smarter veterinary team.

With our TEAM memberships, each associate gets 150+ hours of NEW RACE-approved, online veterinary continuing education a year as well as complete access to our massive on-demand library of content.

TEAM membership pricing is found on our membership page
– 5 members: $699
– 10 members: $1199
– More than 10 members, $119.90/member. If you have over 100 members on your team, please contact us for more information. Fewer than 100 members, you can create your own team automatically as outlined below.

To create a team membership:

1) If you are already a VETgirl member, log in and then access your account dashboard. You will see a “SET UP A TEAM” hyperlink within the “membership” box (screenshot). You will then have the option to click the dropdown menu to choose a standard “up to 5” OR “up to 10” TEAM plan. If you have MORE than 10 members, you can create a larger group using the “click here’ hyperlink to create your own plan – screenshot here. A team plan >10 members will maintain the same group rate as the $1199/10 person plan ($119.90/member) unless you have a very large group. If you have a very large group, please contact us for pricing.

2) If you are NOT a VETgirl member, click the JOIN NOW button on the website (screenshot), then choose “I want a Team Membership” button – screenshot. Follow the steps outlined above to then create your 5, 10, or greater than 10 team plan.

Important Notes:

We know that you have your choice of other online veterinary CE sources out there. So how is VETgirl different? We know that you don’t care about the life cycle of the zebra mosquito or the antibody complex deposition of IgG. Our goal? To provide the best veterinary CE out there from the top board-certified veterinary specialists who know how to teach it!

Sharing VETgirl accounts is against the terms of service and subject to account removal without refund. Besides…why would you want someone to take your CE material and access and have access to your personal information?

Once assigned, TEAM members can not be removed and “replaced” with another member. You can remove them, but not replace them once you use your purchased seat allowance. This policy is in place to prevent a hospital from having a member get their CE for the year…then swapping them (for free) for someone who needs CE. When a new TEAM member is added to the discounted, TEAM membership plan, their membership will expire the same time as previous TEAM members to keep everyone learning on-the-run together! To remove a team member, please have the team organizer contact us. In the contact form submission please provide the team name, name of the associate to be removed, and the associates email address used on the team membership.

If you are the TEAM ORGANIZER, have filled all your purchased TEAM seats, but would like to add more members to your plan, you can now easily do this online.

As your renewal gets closer, you may wish to change members for the upcoming year. While you can always contact us to add or delete members (described above), the window to change members starts 7 days before your renewal through the 7 days after renewal. In that 14 day window, please contact us and let us know which members you would like to add, delete, or change.

Please note that TEAM memberships are for one clinic (e.g., physical location). Abuse of the team plan discount will be monitored. Those found in violation of the team member plan or terms of service will have accounts cancelled without refund. For more information please review the VETgirl terms of service document.
