      How do I create a Team Membership?

      Elite Team Pricing

      Before you create your team, please view our pricing below to determine which plan will suit your team's needs. Full ELITE Team membership benefits and pricing options can be found on our Pricing page

      Up to 5 members: $699

      Up to 10 members: $1199

      More than 10 members: $119.90/member

      If your team has more than 100 members, please reach out to us for support in setting up your team.

      Teams with fewer than 100 members can easily create their own team following the steps below.

      Creating an ELITE Team Membership

      If you are already a VETgirl member...

      1. Log in and go to your MyVETgirl dashboard:
      2. Click the My Account tab and select Membership from the menu that appears: 
      3. On the Membership page, click the Set Up A Team button:
      4. You will be directed to the registration page where you will select ELITE Team as the Membership Level:
      5. Enter your team name, number of members, and if you will earn CE with your team: (Note: Pricing will appear automatically based on your selected options.)
      6. Take a moment to review the details on the following screen, and then simply click the "Next" button to proceed:
      7. If you have a license, please add it. If not, click Next to skip this step:
      8. Finally, you will be directed to the billing page where you can enter your billing details and complete your subscription purchase:

      If you are not a VETgirl member...

      1. Click Join VETgirl from the VETgirl Homepage
      2. You will be directed to the team registration page where you will select ELITE Team as the Membership Level:
      3. Enter your team name, number of members, and if you will earn CE with your team. (Note: Pricing will appear automatically based on your selected options.)
      4. Complete the fields on the following screen, and then click the Next button to proceed:
      5. If you have a license, please add it. If not, click Next to skip this step:
      6. Finally, you will be directed to the billing page where you can enter your billing details and complete your subscription purchase:

      Updating your Team Membership

      If you ever need to change your Team type (e.g. from 5 to 10), please reach out to the VETgirl Team.

      Important: Please note that ELITE Team memberships are for one clinic (e.g., physical location). Abuse of the team plan discount will not be tolerated. Those found in violation of the team member plan or terms of service will have their subscriptions canceled without refund. For more information please review the VETgirl Terms of Service.
