How do I delete a team member?

When reaching out to remove a team member, please provide the member’s name, email address, and your team name.

⚠️Important:

If you remove a team member outside the renewal window, that seat will close until your next enrollment window opens.

For instance, if your Team subscription renewed on January 1, 2025, and you remove a member on October 1, 2025, that seat will remain unavailable until your next renewal date on January 1, 2026, when it will automatically reopen.
