Can I switch out members on my team plan?


Existing team members can only be swapped for new members during the 14 day enrollment period after your annual subscription renewal. 

Why do we do it this way? To ensure that VETgirl can continue to offer deep discounts for team memberships, each "seat" can only be used by one person per subscription term. 

If you're outside of the enrollment window...

To remove an existing team member: Contact us, and we'll take care of it for you! Heads up that removing a team member outside the enrollment window will NOT free up a seat (until your next enrollment window opens).

To add a new team member: If you have seats available on your team, you can invite your new team member via email or by sharing your team's link. If you don't have seats available, you can buy more via the link on your dashboard. See How do I add a new team member? for more information.

Only Team Organizers are permitted to request member removals and purchase more seats.
