I forgot my password, can I reset it?
If you’ve forgotten your password, simply reset it using this link.
NOTE: If you attempt to reset your password and are asked to remember / use your old password, this means you are currently logged in. As such, the system assumes you know your password to be logged in. Please log out of the system, then reset your password.
I know my password but want to change it. How do I do that?
If you are currently logged into your account and need to change your password, navigate to the Change Password page of your MyVETgirl Dashboard via this direct link or by following the simple steps below:
- Click your name at the top right of your screen and then click Dashboard from the menu that appears:
2. Once you're on your Dashboard page, click the My Account tab:
3.This will display a list of options in a dropdown menu. Select Change Password from the list.
4. Once you reach this page, you will be prompted to enter your current password and create a new password. Once you have finished, click the Save Changes button.
