What proof is required for a Complimentary Membership?

Military Service Members, Veterinary/Vet Tech Students and Full-Time Academic / Faculty qualify for complimentary ELITE memberships.

In order to be approved for the complimentary membership, please provide the documentation listed below as specified for each group.

- DD-124 Form
- Military ID or veteran ID card
- Proof of name listed on an official document or website of your veterinary school
- Scanned picture of your hospital identification

Please provide documentation of your veterinary organization affiliation and military service.

- Scanned, dated picture of employment ID
- Proof of your name listed on an official document or website of your school or university
- Signed document verifying your status by your employer

Please provide documentation of your full-time employment at an accredited veterinary school or veterinary technician school.

- Picture of student ID Card (including graduation date)
- Current enrollment verification certificate (including graduation date)
- Letter from your program director/advisor verifying your enrollment and expected graduation date.

If you are a Penn Foster student, please take a screenshot of your program expiration date and submit as documentation.

Please upload proof that shows the dates of both active enrollment and graduation.

Once you have submitted your documents, our team will review your application within 24 hours.

If your application is approved, you will receive a notification via email that your membership has been upgraded to ELITE Single status.
