Troubleshooting: I am not receiving VETgirl emails 


If you are experiencing issues receiving VETgirl emails, it may be due to the following:

  • Blocked by Your Organization: If you're using a corporate or company-derived email account, our emails may be blocked. We recommend contacting your organization's IT support team to request that they whitelist the VETgirl domain. Whitelisting tells your provider that VETgirl is a safe sender and improves deliverability to your inbox.
  • Identified as Spam: If VETgirl emails are ending up in the spam folder of your personal email, you may need to change your inbox settings to ensure they reach your inbox instead. Here's a helpful resource with step-by-step instructions for how to mark a domain as "safe" for your particular email provider, whether you're using Gmail, Outlook, AOL, Yahoo or something else.
  • Unsubscribed from VETgirl Emails: Another possible reason that you're not receiving our emails is that you're no longer subscribed! You can find links at the bottom of every VETgirl email to Unsubscribe and Manage Preferences. If you can't find an old email with those links, please reach out to our team and let us know what types of email you'd like to receive from us. 
  • You Need to Whitelist the VETgirl Email Domain: We didn’t create this guide, but you’ll find helpful steps here on how to whitelist a domain so you don’t miss important VETgirl emails.
  • Vintage Email Domain: Finally, if you are using a vintage email domain such as AOL.com, Hotmail.com, Yahoo.com, or .net, you may have better luck with a more modern email platform like Gmail.com, which offers improved functionality and reliability. To change the email address you use for your VETgirl account and/or VETgirl emails, please contact us.
