Key Highlights: - Access important content anytime, no internet connection required. - Manage downloads easily through the new “Downloads” section in the app.         --- ### **Good to Know!** Pricing & Upgrade Restrictions in the App New users can create a Basic membership to log into the VETgirl vitalTM iOS app. You may also upgrade your Basic or Trial membership to ELITE single in-app, but please note that **ELITE** **single** **membership pricing is higher when purchased in the iOS app** than on our website. Why? Apple charges platform fees for subscriptions purchased through the App Store**.** **The good news:** your ELITE membership benefits are the **exact same** either way you pay.  Some people love Apple subscriptions because they’re super easy to manage in iPhone settings. If that’s your vibe, go for it! If you’d prefer the lowest membership price (and **especially if you're eligible for one of our [role-based discounts](https://vetgirlontherun.com/pricing/?hsLang=en#discounted-membership-levels)**), we recommend upgrading on [**vetgirlontherun.com**](https://vetgirlontherun.com/?hsLang=en) (log in with the same email you used in the app) - [General](https://help.vetgirlontherun.com/knowledge/general?hsLang=en#main-content) - [Account Management](https://help.vetgirlontherun.com/knowledge/general?hsLang=en#account-management) - [Billing](https://help.vetgirlontherun.com/knowledge/general?hsLang=en#billing) - [Help & Resources](https://help.vetgirlontherun.com/knowledge/general?hsLang=en#help-resources) - [Membership](https://help.vetgirlontherun.com/knowledge/membership?hsLang=en#main-content) - [ELITE Membership](https://help.vetgirlontherun.com/knowledge/membership?hsLang=en#elite-membership) - [Discounted Memberships](https://help.vetgirlontherun.com/knowledge/membership?hsLang=en#discounted-memberships) - [Complimentary Memberships](https://help.vetgirlontherun.com/knowledge/membership?hsLang=en#complimentary-memberships) - [Academic & Student Memberships](https://help.vetgirlontherun.com/knowledge/membership?hsLang=en#academic-student-memberships) - [Team Membership](https://help.vetgirlontherun.com/knowledge/team-membership?hsLang=en#main-content) - [Team Organizers - Team Management](https://help.vetgirlontherun.com/knowledge/team-membership?hsLang=en#team-organizers-team-management) - [Team Organizers - Team Assignments](https://help.vetgirlontherun.com/knowledge/team-membership?hsLang=en#team-organizers-team-assignments) - [Team Members](https://help.vetgirlontherun.com/knowledge/team-membership?hsLang=en#team-members) - [CE Credit](https://help.vetgirlontherun.com/knowledge/ce-credit?hsLang=en) - [Webinars](https://help.vetgirlontherun.com/knowledge/webinars?hsLang=en#main-content) - [Live Webinars](https://help.vetgirlontherun.com/knowledge/webinars?hsLang=en#live-webinars) - [On-Demand Webinars](https://help.vetgirlontherun.com/knowledge/webinars?hsLang=en#on-demand-webinars) - [VETgirl U](https://help.vetgirlontherun.com/knowledge/vetgirl-u?hsLang=en#main-content) - [Registration](https://help.vetgirlontherun.com/knowledge/vetgirl-u?hsLang=en#registration) - [Education](https://help.vetgirlontherun.com/knowledge/vetgirl-u?hsLang=en#education) - [Events](https://help.vetgirlontherun.com/knowledge/vetgirl-u?hsLang=en#events) - [General Info](https://help.vetgirlontherun.com/knowledge/vetgirl-u?hsLang=en#general-info) - [On-Site Services](https://help.vetgirlontherun.com/knowledge/vetgirl-u?hsLang=en#on-site-services) [![VETgirl\_Logo\_KO](https://help.vetgirlontherun.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Logos/VETgirl_Logo_KO.png?width=99&height=37&name=VETgirl_Logo_KO.png "VETgirl_Logo_KO")](https://vetgirlontherun.com/?hsLang=en) [vetgirlontherun.com](https://vetgirlontherun.com/?hsLang=en) Help Center [mailto:email@email.com](mailto:email@email.com) Copyright © 2025, VETgirl
