Live Webinar Troubleshooting

Why can't I register for the live webinar?

Here are some possible reasons:

  1. You're not logged into your account
  2. You haven't filled in your profile fields (First and Last Names, Email and Role "I am a..." are required for registration)
  3. You haven't filled in your license information

Once you've confirmed that you are logged into your VETgirl account, navigate to your Profile (Essentials tab) to ensure that all fields are complete and up to date. Then, check the Licenses tab to ensure you have completed all fields for at least your primary license.

Not licensed or not interested in submitting your license information? No problem! Just click the Register without license button when you register:


Can I still attend the live webinar if I lost my confirmation email?

If you happen to misplace the email, don't worry! Just log into your VETgirl account and use the Library Search to find and open the webinar page.

Once you are on the webinar's page (at the scheduled date and time), you'll be able to join the live event.


Why isn't the webinar playing?

If the webinar is scheduled to begin within the next hour and you're still seeing the message "Thank you for registering for this live VETgirl webinar!", reload the page to enter the live event.

If you have trouble viewing the webinar from the VETgirl site, you also have the option to click the link at the bottom right hand side of the webinar to access the webinar directly in GoToWebcast.


I'm unable to log in! What should I do?

If you receive an error message while trying to log in and access the webinar, it may be because many other users are trying to access the website at the same time. We recommend waiting a  minute and then trying to log in again. The high website traffic can cause the server to slow down, but if you give it some time, you should be able to log in and access the webinar.
