- If the Upgrade option is not listed on the Membership page, you'll need to wait for your current subscription to expire before reapplying. Once your subscription expires, you’ll be able to access the Upgrade feature.
Sign in to your account and visit the Membership Page https://vetgirlontherun.com/dashboard/account/my-membership/.
Click the "Upgrade" link from your Membership Page:
On the registration page, select the ELITE Single Membership Level:
Enter your registration information:
- Veterinarian Academic/Faculty Example:
- Veterinary Technician Academic/Faculty Example:
You will be prompted to upload documents for verification on the next page:
After uploading your document, click "Next" to continue with your account registration.
After you have filled out all the required fields and, if applicable, submitted your license details, you will proceed to the checkout page.
Once you reach the checkout page, you will see a confirmation message indicating that your coupon code has been successfully applied:
At the bottom of the page, the balance will display a zeroed out balance for the complimentary membership:
Click the "Place Order" button to continue.
On the following page, you will see a notification confirming your successful application for complimentary membership.
A member of the VETgirl team will review your submitted documentation and will contact you if additional information is necessary to verify your eligibility. Otherwise, your membership will be activated within 72 hours of application, and you'll receive an email notifying you of the upgrade.
