With a TRIAL Membership, you can:

• ✅Watch all On-Demand content
• ✅Earn CE Credit only for Sponsored (free) webinars
• ❌Not earn CE credit for other ELITE content unless you upgrade or purchase quiz access

Think of your Trial as a way to explore the full library before deciding if ELITE is right for you.

What's included with the Trial Membership?

Your 14-day Trial gives you:

• Full access to watch all On-demand content in the VETgirl library
• The ability to earn CE credit only for Sponsored (free) webinars

🔓To unlock CE credit for all ELITE content, you'll need to upgrade to ELITE.

I’m unable to access the quiz to earn credit. Why is that?

With the Trial, most ELITE content does not include quizzes for CE credit. You can:

• Take quizzes for Sponsored (free) webinars (included in your Trial)
• Upgrade to ELITE for full quiz access 
• Purchase an individual quiz if a "Buy" option is available

What happens at the end of my free 14-day trial?

• Your account will automatically switch back to the Basic (Free) Membership
• No credit card is required for the Trial, so you won't be charged automatically
• If you want uninterrupted CE credit access, you can upgrade to ELITE at anytime.

What will happen to my certificates I've earned during my trial after the trial is over?

Any certificates you've earned during your Trial will stay in your account. You can view them anytime under your My Credits page, even after your Trial ends. 

Why can't I register for the upcoming LIVE webinar?

Trial Membership includes: 

• ✅Access to all On-demand content (watch-only for most CE)
• ✅Registration for Sponsored (free) LIVE webinars
• ❌Registration for other LIVE webinars, you’ll need to either purchase access for that webinar or upgrade to ELITE.
