What happens at the end of my free 14-day trial?
If you decide not to upgrade to a paid plan after your trial, your account will automatically transition to the Basic (Free) plan. Since we don’t require credit card details to start your trial, there’s no need to worry about unexpected charges. To compare all available plans, click here.
What will happen to my certificates I've earned during my trial after the trial is over?
Certificates earned during the trial will remain accessible even after it ends. To access your certificates, visit your My Credits page.
My ELITE Trial is active, but I’m unable to access the quiz to earn credit after watching a non-sponsored webinar. Why is that?
Your trial membership grants full access to our entire library of on-demand content. However, credits can only be earned by attending webinars marked as Sponsored (free).
Why can't I register for the upcoming LIVE webinar despite having an ELITE Trial membership?
As outlined on the Pricing page, you’ll have access to all On-Demand content for 14 days. Please note that this does not include LIVE webinars, unless they are Sponsored (free), in which case you can register and attend.
