Yes! This takes the hassle out of renewal for you and ensures your access is uninterrupted.
How does the auto-renewal feature work?
Your account auto-renews annually on the date of your first purchase. If you purchased your subscription on 7/15/2023, your subscription renews on 7/15/2024.
Can I opt out of the auto-renewal feature?
Yes! Go to your Dashboard Page and under Membership, select the Cancel Subscription Renewal option:
Can I get a refund if I cancel my subscription after it auto-renews?
Yes! Please contact us within 30 days of purchase or renewal to be refunded. The refund will be processed excluding the transaction fee ($14.99 for payments <$300, or 4.9% for payments > $300).
