VETgirl's On Demand videos are hosted on Vimeo. We recommend trying the following actions to successfully load the Vimeo video player:

Confirm that Vimeo is available in your country

Reload the web page of the video you're trying to watch

Check your network connection to make sure it's up and running

Clear your browser's cache and cookies (instructions here)

Try to load the video player in a different browser (e.g. Safari vs Chrome) and/or with a different network connection (e.g. your mobile phone's data vs. the office wifi)

Temporarily disable any active browser extensions, firewalls, or proxies that may be preventing a successful connection to Vimeo (If you're accessing VETgirl at work, loop in your IT team for this one!)
