After purchasing webinar access, you will be redirected to a confirmation purchase page (example screenshot). You will also receive an email with purchase confirmation and webinar instructions (example screenshot).
If you do not receive the email within 5 minutes of purchase, please contact us. Alternatively, please go to the webinar website page that you purchased. On that page you will still see a button to UPGRADE your membership as you are not a VETgirl member, but you will also see a REGISTER NOW button as you have unlocked access to this specific webinar page with your purchase (example screenshot).
